Summer BBQ 2026
We’re delighted to invite everyone to our summer BBQ, taking place on Thursday 30 July 2026 from 5.30pm to 8.30pm at The Old School House, Baughurst, Tadley RG26 5LP.
This is always one of our favourite events of the year, giving our service users and supporters the chance to enjoy good food, live music and each other’s company in a relaxed outdoor setting.
What’s on offer
Our BBQ will include hot dogs, burgers and chicken pieces, served with coleslaw and salad. Vegan and gluten free options will also be available. If you have any dietary requirements, please let Debbie know when you book so we can make sure everyone is well catered for.
Throughout the evening, we’ll have a live singer performing and garden games set up for anyone who fancies a bit of friendly competition.
Cost
Please note that payment is cash only, on the day.
- £5 per service user or supporter if you’re eating
- £1 per raffle ticket
Getting there
Free coach travel is available for anyone who needs it. The coach will depart from the Leisure Park, by Buzz Bingo Hall, at 5.15pm, and will return to the Leisure Park by 9pm.
