We realise no two people are the same and your support needs are personal to you. That’s why we work with you to develop a custom support package which fits your needs and can change when you need it to.

How does our support process work?

We arrange to meet with you and discuss your needs.

We agree on a support plan together that you have control of.

We sign an agreement to provide you with regular support.

You meet a support worker to see if they are suitable for you.

You pay a monthly support fee.
