Basingstoke Mencap

Exploring our Horizons Together

Every penny you raise will make a difference to the wellbeing of local people who have learning disabilities.

Money raised allows us to continue to run our unique, well attended social clubs, and Greenfingers community gardening project.

What sort of things can I do to fundraise?

Whatever you like! You could choose an event or challenge which suits you. Local examples include:

  • Basingstoke Half Marathon – fundraise for Basingstoke Mencap
  • Abseil – Take part in an organised event to abseil off the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth
  • Cycling – Take part in a local or national bike race and raise funds for Basingstoke Mencap
  • Walking – Join a local or national event or set yourself a challenge to walk 500 miles or 10,000 steps each day.

Prefer to design your own event or fundraise at work?
